Edmodo 

Edmodo has been described as similar to Facebook. Using Edmodo, teachers can post grades and assign homework to students. Students can then submit the homework and view their grade. The transmission is fast and paper-less. Teachers eliminate crossposting through the creation of sub-groups within a course. After each course period is completed the teacher closes out the network and creates a new one for the next course

WallWisher

Wallwisher is a customizable online message board where anyone can post a note. The wall is just a webpage that allows short written messages to be viewed by anyone and monitored by the owner. Wallwisher can be used for personal note taking, to-do lists, feedback collection, etc. Best of all there is no signup needed- simply create a wall and start posting.

Tagxedo

Tagxedo turns words -- famous speeches, news articles, slogans and themes, even your love letters -- into a visually stunning word cloud, words individually sized appropriately to highlight the frequencies of occurrence within the body of text.

 

Flickr  Flickr is an image hosting and video hosting website, web services suite, and online community.
SlideRocket 

SlideRocket is an online presentation platform that lets users create, manage, share and measure presentations. SlideRocket is provided via a SaaS model offered via monthly or annual subscription plans. Users initially sign up for a free 14-day trial then decide which plan to subscribe to. Users can also use a basic version of the software which is free.

Whyville   Whyville is a unique virtual town where boys and girls from all over the world come together to explore, learn, create, and have fun.
Wordle   Wordle a tool for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like. You can print them out, or save them to the Wordle gallery to share with your friends.
MyOats 

 This tool is used to create art. When you first get to the homepage you click on create yours. From there you just use your imagination. There are different tools that can be used to create your design. You can change the colors on the background of your design or you can even change the color of the design itself. You can draw with everything from straight lines to polygons, you can create whatever you can imagine. You may also want to make the design have more than 8 sides like mine, you just scroll down the sides menu and change it.

Spaaze  Using the Spaaze Bookmarklet it's very easy to collect Links and Snippets while you browse the web. Store bookmarks and articles you want to remember or read later and create hotspots for different topics. Keep track of links and videos you want to read or watch later. Create todo lists or track which interesting movies or games you've heard about and want to check. Use notes to structure your life.

Diigo 

 Diigo is a free social bookmarking, research, and knowledge sharing tool ... Diigo allows you to take personal notes, highlight text information, screen shots, pictures, docs, audio, bibliography etc..... Access anywhere and easily share.
