Readings
These two weeks you will not have any readings, you will be focused on developing and organizing a resource wiki for your campus/classroom.
Introduction
This week we begin to develop a campus/classroom resource wiki. Everything you have learned up till now in both of your MTT courses as well as resource links found via the Internet will be organized and linked to share to students and staff among your campus. "Sharing is caring" is the definite motto for this project.
Lastly, we will also continue to consider the role of the MTT within the school. Every teaching environment is unique and it is up to you, the MTT, to be able to find ways of meeting the objectives, the needs of teachers, and ultimately, the diverse "audience" we have seated before us every day.
Learning Outcomes
- Begin an understanding of how to create and share great instructional resources via a wiki.
- Continue considering how to utilize Web 2.0 tools in the classroom.
